Madison, Wis., Oct. 20 – WHA Corp. PCL said it issued 200 million baht of 3.85% debentures on Oct. 13.
The three-year debentures priced at par.
Asia Plus Securities PCL is the underwriter.
Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 4 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2014. The company said it has already issued 3.51 billion baht of the debentures.
The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
