New Issue: Thailand’s WHA issues 1.7 billion baht bonds in four tranches at par

Madison, Wis., Aug. 1 – WHA Corp. PCL said it issued 1.7 billion baht of debentures in four tranches on Thursday.

The first tranche, totaling 435 million baht, has a maturity of three years and a coupon of 3.85%. The second tranche, totaling 385 million baht, has a maturity of five years and a coupon of 4.4%. The third tranche, totaling 600 million baht, has a maturity of seven years and a coupon of 4.7%. The fourth tranche, totaling 280 million baht, has a maturity of 10 years and a coupon of 5%.

All four tranches priced at par.

Siam Commercial Bank PCL and Asia Plus Securities PCL are the underwriters.

This is the company’s second issue of debentures for 2014. Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 4 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2014. As previously reported, the company issued 1.81 billion baht of debentures in two tranches on May 29.

The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
