New Issue: Thailand's WHA issues 1.18 billion baht 3¾%, 4.42% bonds due 2017, 2019

Madison, Wis., May 29 - WHA Corp. PCL said it issued 1.81 billion Thai baht of debentures in two tranches on Thursday.

The company priced 700 million baht of tranche 1 debentures due 2017 and 1.11 billion baht of tranche 2 debentures due 2019 at par.

The three-year debentures have a fixed coupon of 3¾%, and the five-year debentures have a fixed coupon of 4.42%.

Siam Commercial Bank PCL and Kasikorn Bank PCL were the underwriters.

Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 4 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2014.

The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
