New Issue: Thailand's WHA issues 2.7 billion baht bonds in three tranches at par

Madison, Wis., Sept. 20 - WHA Corp. PCL said it issued 2.7 billion baht of debentures in three tranches on Friday.

The first tranche, totaling 1.63 billion baht, has a maturity of three years and a coupon of 4.24%. The second tranche, totaling 500 million baht, has a maturity of four years and a coupon of 4.55%. The third tranche, totaling 570 million baht, has a maturity of five years and a coupon of 4.84%.

All three tranches priced at par.

Siam Commercial Bank PCL was the underwriter.

Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 3.2 billion baht of debentures at the annual general meeting for 2013, according to a company announcement.

The distribution center and factory developer is based in Muang Samutprakarn, Thailand.
