New Issue: Weyerhaeuser prices $750 million 4% 10-year notes at 337.5 bps over Treasuries

Tupelo, Miss., March 26 – Weyerhaeuser Co. priced $750 million of 4% 10-year senior notes (Baa2/BBB) on Thursday at a spread of 337.5 basis points over Treasuries, according to a market source and an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were initially talked at the Treasuries plus 375 bps area.

The issue priced at 98.47 to yield 4.188%.

BofA Securities, Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, MUFG and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC were the bookrunners.

Weyerhaeuser is a timber company based in Federal Way, Wash.
