New York, Aug. 31 - The West Virginia Housing Development Fund sold $50 million of series 2011A taxable housing finance bonds, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold through senior managers Raymond James & Associates Inc. and Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc.
The bonds are due 2012 to 2021 with 0.886% to 3.622% coupons, all priced at par.
Proceeds will be used to make mortgage loans to eligible individuals for rental properties in West Virginia.
