New Issue: West Virginia Economic Development sells $86 million solid waste bonds

New York, April 1 – The West Virginia Economic Development Authority sold $86 million of series 2015A solid waste disposal facilities revenue refunding bonds for the Appalachian Power Co. – Amos Project, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds were sold through SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc.

The bonds are due March 1, 2040 and bear interest at 1.9% priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing bonds.
