West Virginia Economic Development plans $86 million solid waste bonds

New York, March 18 – The West Virginia Economic Development Authority is set to price $86 million of series 2015A solid waste disposal facilities revenue refunding bonds for the Appalachian Power Co. – Amos Project, according to a preliminary official statement.
The bonds will be sold through senior manager SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc.
The bonds are due March 1, 2043.
Proceeds will be used to refund existing bonds.
