Westpeak ActiveBeta Equity Fund liquidates, shares not available

San Diego, March 16 - The Westpeak ActiveBeta Equity Fund was liquidated on March 16, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. As a result, shares of the fund are no longer available for purchase or exchange.

The fund was part of the Natixis funds family of mutual funds.

Boston-based Natixis Asset Management Advisors, LP served as investment adviser to the fund.
