Westpeak ActiveBeta Equity Fund no longer accepting investments

San Diego, Feb. 10 - The Westpeak ActiveBeta Equity Fund announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that NGAM Distribution, LP, the fund's distributor, will no longer accept investments in the fund from new investors as well as from current shareholders, including additional investments through automatic or systematic investment plans.

Boston-based Natixis Asset Management Advisors, LP serves as the investment adviser to the fund. Westpeak Global Advisors, LP is the subadviser.
