New Zealand's Westpac Securities to sell three-year Rule 144A notes

New York, May 20 - Westpac Securities NZ Ltd. is planning a sale of three-year notes, with pricing expected Thursday, a source close to the offering said.

The notes (Aaa/AA+/AA+) will be priced via Rule 144A.

Bookrunners are Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Westpac Securities.

The financial company is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
