New York, May 9 - Westonia Mines Ltd. has negotiated a A$4 million private placement.
The deal includes up to 23,529,412 shares at A$0.17 each, offered to new and existing institutional and sophisticated investors.
Austock Corporate Finance Ltd. is the placement agent.
The proceeds will be used for a feasibility study on the Westonia gold mining project as well as for ongoing exploration and working capital.
Based in West Perth, Western Australia, Westonia is a gold exploration company.
