Wabtec selling notes Monday via JPMorgan, BofA Merrill Lynch

Virginia Beach, Va., Aug. 5 - Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corp. (Wabtec) plans to price an issue of senior notes on Monday, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch are the joint bookrunners.

The company plans to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

Wabtec is a Wilmerding, Pa.-based maker of railroad equipment.
