Moody's assigns Wabtec notes Ba1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba1 rating to Wabtec Transportation Netherlands BV's new senior unsecured notes due 2027. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corp. (Wabtec).

The notes will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by Wabtec. The offering does not affect Wabtec's other ratings, including the Ba1 senior unsecured rating, Moody’s said.

The outlook is stable.
