Western Union plans to price floating-rate notes due 2015

Virginia Beach, Va., Aug. 19 - Western Union Co. is planning to price an offering of floating-rate notes due 2015, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of debt.

The money movement and payment services company is based in Englewood, Colo.
