Western Union plans to sell issue of notes via three bookrunners

Virginia Beach, Nov. 19 - Western Union Co. is set to price an offering of senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes (A3/A-/A-) feature a change-of-control put at 101%.

The bookrunners are J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and BofA Merrill Lynch.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The money movement and payment services company is based in Englewood, Colo.
