New Issue: Western Massachusetts Electric sells $80 million 3.88% 10-year notes

Virginia Beach, Nov. 21 - Western Massachusetts Electric Co. priced $80 million of 3.88% senior notes, series G, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature in 2023.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. NA was the trustee.

Western Massachusetts Electric sold the issue in a Regulation S transaction.

The utility is based in Springfield, Mass.
