New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.68 million 10.1% contingent income autocalls tied to stocks

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, March 13 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.68 million of contingent income autocallable securities due Feb. 26, 2021 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Amazon.com, Inc. Western Digital Corp. and Boeing Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annual rate of 10.1% if each stock closes at or above its 50% coupon barrier on the determination date that month.

The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any call review date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its 50% downside threshold, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing stock.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
