Westchester County Health, N.Y., to sell $67.25 million revenue bonds

New York, Nov. 21 - The Westchester County Health Care Corp. of New York is expected to price $67.245 million of series 2011 revenue bonds during the week of Nov. 21, according to a sales calendar.

The offering includes $51.16 million of series 2011A bonds and $16.085 million of series 2011B bonds.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the senior manager for the bonds (A3/BBB/).

The corporation is also expected to reoffer $108.485 million of series 2000A health care revenue bonds.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital projects, refund outstanding bond anticipation notes and fund a retirement incentive program.
