Omaha, April 3 - Wesfarmers Ltd. priced $650 million 6.998% five-year notes Thursday to yield Treasuries plus 425 basis points, an informed source said.
The notes (/BBB+/)priced at par to yield 6.998%. They have a make-whole redemption option of Treasuries plus 65 bps.
Bookrunners were Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc.
The company is Australia's largest retailer and is based in Perth.
