Moody's revises ratings of four companies

Moody's Investors Service said it revised the first-priority senior secured credit facilities of Wesco Aircraft Hardware Corp., Stolle Machinery Company, LLC and IPC Acquisition Corp. to B1 (LGD 3) from Ba3 (LGD 2) and the corporate probability-of-default rating of these companies and Persona Communications Corp. to B2 from B3.

The changes were made as a result of an adjustment to Moody's assumptions regarding expected loss-given-default recovery rates at the family level. The companies' other ratings are unchanged, as there were no changes to Moody's opinion regarding the strength of the underlying credits.
