Cobb-Kennestone Hospital Authority, Ga., to sell $60 million certificates for Wellstar

Tupelo, Miss., Aug. 7 - The Cobb-Kennestone Hospital Authority in Georgia intends to sell $60 million in revenue certificates for Wellstar Health System, according to an offering calendar.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) are expected to price on Wednesday through a negotiated sale managed by Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc., according to the calendar.

The bonds have serial maturities from 2012 through 2024 and terms due 2034 and 2037.
