Wells Fargo to sell six-year CDs on Dow Jones - UBS Commodity index

Chicago, Dec. 3 - Wells Fargo Bank, NA plans to price certificates of deposit due Dec. 28, 2015 linked to the Dow Jones - UBS Commodity index, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index, up to a maximum payout of $1,560 to $1,660 per $1,000 deposit. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive at least par.

The CDs will price on Dec. 18 and settle on Dec. 28.
