Wells Fargo to price step-up callable notes with 2.1% start rate

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 17 – Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price step-up callable notes due Jan. 30, 2025, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The interest rate is 2.1% initially, stepping up to 2.25% on Jan. 30, 2022 and 2.5% on Jan. 30, 2024. Interest is payable semiannually.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable at par quarterly starting Jan. 30, 2021.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 28.

The Cusip number is 95001D5T3.
