Olympia, Wash., Dec. 24 – Wells Fargo Finance LLC priced $4.1 million of 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation to a cap and buffered downside with multiplier due Oct. 15, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Wells Fargo & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, up to a maximum gain of 17.35%.
If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline of the index beyond 20%.
