Olympia, Wash., Nov. 13 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $30 million of step-up callable notes due Nov. 6, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is initially 2.3% per year and steps up to 2.5% per year on Nov. 6, 2022. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
After one year, the notes will be callable at par on any quarterly redemption date.
