New Issue: Wells prices $265,000 market-linked notes with partial upside participation on S&P ETF trust

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 6 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $265,000of 0% market-linked securities with partial upside participation and fixed percentage buffered downside at maturity due Nov. 4, 2021 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the trust finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 56% of the trust return. Investors will receive par if the trust falls by up to 30% and will be exposed to losses beyond 30%.
