New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $10.24 million Accelerated Return Notes on EM index

Columbus, Ohio, June 5 – Wells Fargo Finance LLC priced $10.24 million of 0% Accelerated Return Notes due July 31, 2020 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 18.6%. Investors will be exposed to any index decline.
The notes are guaranteed by Wells Fargo & Co.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
