Olympia, Wash., March 19 – Wells Fargo Finance LLC priced $3.2 million of 0% market-linked securities with upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside due Jan. 20, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Wells Fargo & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at par plus 18%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
