New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $1.12 million leveraged market-linked notes with cap on S&P 500

Chicago, Jan. 9 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $1.12 million of 0% leveraged market-linked notes with leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside due Dec. 24, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, up to a maximum return of 24%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the agent.
