Wells Fargo to price buffered market-linked securities tied to S&P

New York, Nov. 15 – Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside due Dec. 2, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index gain capped at par plus 20%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to the buffer amount of 17% and will lose 1% for every 1% of decline beyond the buffer.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 95001BAW4) will price on Nov. 27 and settle on Nov. 30.
