New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $1.21 million buffered digital notes tied to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Oct. 30 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $1.21 million of 0% digital securities with buffered downside due July 8, 2020 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 87.5% threshold, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,130.50 per $1,000 principal amount.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
