New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $1.76 million enhanced return notes with cap on S&P

Chicago, Oct. 26 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $1.76 million of 0% enhanced return notes with capped upside and 1-to-1 downside exposure due April 16, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to maximum settlement amount of $1,207 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
