Wells Fargo to price market-linked securities tied to MSCI EM ETF

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 8 – Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation to a cap and contingent downside due Nov. 8, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any ETF gain, capped at par plus 40% to 45%.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline from the initial level if the ETF falls by more than 25%.
Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 95001B7L2) will price on Oct. 30.
