Wells Fargo plans market-linked autocalls on Energy Select SPDR

Chicago, May 10 – Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price market-linked securities due June 7, 2021 – autocallable with fixed percentage downside linked to the least performing of the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par at an annual call premium of 8% to 9% if the fund closes at or above its initial level on any annual call date after one year.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the fund falls by more than 10%, in which case investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on May 31.

The Cusip number is 95001B3L6.
