New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $984,000 market-linked leveraged notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Oct. 6 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $984,000 of market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation and contingent downside due Oct. 3, 2022 the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 135% of any fund gain.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund falls by more than the contingent downside.
