Chicago, Aug. 4 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $3.06 million of 0% market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation to a cap and contingent downside due Aug. 4, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 136% of any fund gain.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund falls by more than the contingent downside.
