New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $3.75 billion 2.625% five-year senior notes at 80 bps over Treasuries

Tupelo, Miss., July 17 – Wells Fargo & Co. sold $3.75 billion of 2.625% five-year senior notes (A2/A/AA-) on Monday at a spread of Treasuries plus 80 basis points, according to a market source.

The notes priced in line with guidance.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC was the bookrunner.

The financial services company is based in San Francisco.
