New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $2.80 million Leveraged Index Return Notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., July 14 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $2.80 million of 0% Capped Leveraged Index Return Notes due June 26, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 125.7% of any index gain.

Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.
