New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $499,000 capped, leveraged, buffered notes on iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Columbus, Ohio, May 2 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $499,000 of 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside due April 30, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the fund gain, capped at 15%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 22.5% and will be exposed to the decline any fund decline beyond 22.5%.
