Chicago, Feb. 8 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $3.84 million 0% market-linked securities due Aug. 7, 2019 – leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside linked to the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of any index gain, up to a maximum total return at maturity of 23%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
