New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $10.1 million notes linked to S&P 500, Euro Stoxx 50, Nikkei 225

Seattle, Feb. 2 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $10,111,000 of 0% principal-protected minimum return notes due Feb. 7, 2011 linked to a world equity index basket, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the minimum return amount, $140 per $1,000 principal amount of notes, and the performance of the three indexes on valuation dates that fall on the last trading day of each January between 2007 and 2011.
