Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 19 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $15.78 million of step-up callable notes due Oct. 20, 2018, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be 1.2% initially, stepping up to 1.75% on April 20, 2018. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par on April 20, 2018 and July 20, 2018.
