Wells Fargo plans enhanced return notes with no cap tied to MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Oct. 13 – Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price 0% enhanced return securities with upside participation and one-to-one downside exposure tied to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature 24 to 27 months after issue.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.35 times to 1.45 times any gain in the index.

Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the agent.

The Cusip number is 98986RY70.
