New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $7.56 million enhanced return notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Oct. 6 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $7.56 million of 0% enhanced return notes due Oct. 3, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,231 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
