New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $3.84 million buffered return securities tied to S&P

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 19 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $3.84 million of 0% buffered return securities with capped upside due Sept. 20, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of 21%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
