Charlotte, N.C., June 8 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $2 billion of subordinated medium-term notes, series O, at 99.884 to yield 4.407% on Tuesday, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes sold at a spread of 188 bps over Treasuries.
Wells Fargo Securities, LLC was the bookrunner.
The financial services company is based in San Francisco.
