Wells Fargo in the market with note offering

Charlotte, N.C., April 15 – Wells Fargo & Co. is in the market with an offering of notes, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

Proceeds will be invested in short-term securities until used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC is the bookrunner.
