New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $32.91 million 4.715% buffered notes tied to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., April 1 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $32.91 million of 4.715% market-linked securities due April 5, 2021 with fixed coupon and buffered downside with multiplier linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable semiannually.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the threshold level, 75% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.3333% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 25%.
