Wells Fargo to price three-year collared floaters with 1%-3% range

Norfolk, Va., March 21 – Wells Fargo & Co. plans to price collared floating-rate notes due April 5, 2019, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be three-month Libor plus 50 basis points, with a minimum rate of 1% per year and up to a maximum rate of 3% per year. Interest will be payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is the underwriter.

The notes will price on March 31 and settle on April 5.

The Cusip number is 94986RH95.
